Quit?? I just got here!

It's taken a lot for me to start a new ongoing comic project again. This takes a lot out of you, and it's all the more disappointing if you don't get a response or feedback to your work, which happens all too frequently. I've seen a lot of people quit, in my time, for one reason or another. I don't blame anyone for quitting. We've all been there. I certainly have been. But the situations that always make the saddest are the ones who quit art completely.

I can understand quitting the industry. This stuff is exhausting. But I've been drawing since I was three. At this point, this is just what I do. I didn't want to be involved in "the hustle", now I'm giving it a shot again. It's that simple.

I just don't want to see people quit something that could enrich their lives because they didn't get outside validation.

This stuff really has to come from within, and I had to make sure of that.
